KOYA. Hands to weave

The book was conceived in two distinct formats: a large edition, designed to fully express the richness of the research through its imagery and content, and a smaller pocket edition, offering a more compact and portable interpretation of the project. Two complementary versions sharing the same editorial identity, each designed to engage with the research in a different way.

Project Information

A research project on natural fiber weaving in global craftsmanship and across history. For the renowed milanese based Federica Biasi we designed a precious book to celebrate her research about intertwining and natural fibres in the world. The project is curated by Federica Biasi in collaboration with Incalmi, a Venetian design and craft company focused on traditional Italian craftsmanship, particularly glassmaking.
